Feb 5, 2017 at 19:54 comment added BillJ "Güzel ev" is simply a noun phrase meaning "nice house" with the adjective "güzel" premodifying the noun "ev". By contrast, "Ev güzel", is a sentence ("the house is nice"), though there is no verb (it's understood) and of course no article.
