Apr 17, 2016 at 16:22 comment added mip Not true that in Polish you won't ever see a preposition at the end of sentence. For example question "Upadł na czy upadł pod?" (Did it drop onto or under [something]) is perfectly valid in Polish. Such questions are often used to clarify something one can't understand at first. Then person may answer "Upadł na!" (It dropped onto!) to clarify the case.
